I am an experienced therapist with a person-centered and eclectic approach. I primarily use talk therapy and am skilled at incorporating creativity, coping skills, and mindfulness into my work to make therapy individualized to your needs.
I have worked with adults, parents, and children for several years, with my current focus being on supporting adults around life transitions, parenting, LGQBTIA+ issues, and life stressors.
